As an extension of Skyzer’s recent launch of logistics support to complement Skyzer’s depot-based product lifecycle support services, Skyzer has announced that it has chosen to extend its capabilities to both online and brick-and-mortar retailers.
Recent proof-of-concept implementations have progressed to live business-as-usual returns support on behalf of one product wholesaler, with at least one online retailer to follow.
Building on Skyzer’s strong reputation for depot-based product assembly, rework and refurbishment, this new retail returns support is an additional leg of Skyzer’s mini-3PL logistics service. These logistics services are designed alleviate storage constraints, cut the cost of redundant shipping and provide quicker delivery and product rework turnaround times.
