Skyzer maintains operational equipment fleets of equipment for clients such as St George Bank and provides tracking and reporting of repair activities on an on-going basis.
This tailored tracking and reporting is driven by Skyzer's custom Skybase (™) electronic tracking system. This system tracks each product asset at Skyzer from arrival to despatch and allows for analysis of the manufacture and repair history of each item. This facilitates comprehensive fleet reporting and analysis of product failure modes to help reduce maintenance costs and guide product re-engineering efforts.

All repairs are carried out in Electrostatic discharge Protected Areas (EPAs) with component level repairs ranging from through-hole to fine-pitch surface mount technology.
Where products suffer fatigue or failure of their mechnical components, these are corrected to either functional repair or "as new" condition, depending on client requirements.
